Account Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support client accounts and internal marketing teams. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and efficient execution of marketing deliverables. This role requires strong organizational skills, client-handling abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal marketing teams (via chat, email, and meetings)
- Coordinate campaign execution, timelines, and deliverables
- Track campaign updates, action items, and client communications
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, presentations, and documentation
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of client queries or issues
- Maintain accurate records and support account management activities
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and coordination

Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, coordination, or client-facing roles
