Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to join our Marketing department at 380 Realty Solutions LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and client relations, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on account status and performance.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
