Role Description The Account Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of corporate travel and event accounts. This role coordinates travel bookings and itinerary changes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with client policies, and timely communication with travelers and internal teams. The Account Coordinator assists in preparing reports, tracking key account metrics, and supporting the implementation of bespoke travel programs. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, maintaining up-to-date account documentation, and collaborating with operations and sales colleagues to resolve issues quickly. The position also contributes to continuous improvement by gathering client feedback and helping optimize processes and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across phone, email, and in person.
- Organizational and coordination skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfort working with travel and booking systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar productivity software.
- Analytical abilities to support reporting, data tracking, and cost or savings analysis for client accounts.
- Experience in corporate travel, event coordination, or account support roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn sector-specific and technology-driven solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, travel management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
