Role Overview
We are hiring a highly performance-driven ABM – Outbound Specialist to lead targeted B2B account acquisition initiatives. This is a critical revenue-impacting role responsible for identifying high-value accounts, executing multi-touch outbound strategies, and generating qualified pipeline.
The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on experience in ICP identification, B2B prospecting, outbound sequencing, and data-driven campaign execution. This role requires strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) based on industry, company size, revenue,
geography, and decision-maker persona.
• Conduct advanced account research and segmentation to build high-conversion target lists.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns including:
o Cold email sequencing
o LinkedIn outreach
o Strategic follow-ups
• Operate and optimize outbound tools such as:
o Apollo
o ZoomInfo
o LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Develop personalized messaging frameworks aligned with ICP pain points.
• Monitor and optimize outreach performance metrics including:
o Open rates
o Reply rates
o Meeting conversions
o SQL generation
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align on pipeline targets.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper attribution of leads.
• Continuously test and refine outbound strategies to improve response quality and conversion
rates.
Mandatory Requirements
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B outbound marketing or ABM roles.
• Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through outbound initiatives.
• Strong expertise in:
o ICP identification and segmentation
o Apollo
o ZoomInfo
o LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience running structured email campaigns and multi-touch outreach sequences.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and decision-making structures.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize accordingly.
• Prior experience in SaaS or B2B services environment preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce-focused outbound will not be considered relevant for this role.
