Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a professional in the Account & Audit domain. Primary responsibilities include conducting financial and internal audits, preparing and analyzing financial statements, implementing internal controls, and improving governance processes. The candidate will work collaboratively with the team, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and contributing to business process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Financial Statements analysis
- Strong foundation in Auditing and Internal Control structures
- Excellent Communication skills for effective client and team interactions
- Analytical Skills to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ability to adapt to risk-based audit approaches and system-automated controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ACCA certification is preferred)
- Prior experience in internal auditing, financial analysis, or process audits will be advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for accounting and audits
