Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Associate located in Pune District. The Account Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, analyzing financial and business data, and delivering customer service support. The role involves coordinating with clients to understand their needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless account management processes.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to establish and nurture client relationships
  • Proficiency in Account Management and exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Sharp Analytical Skills to evaluate financial and operational data effectively
  • Adaptability, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to addressing client requirement


Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in CA
  • Good knowledge of GST, taxation, and financial concepts
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience preferred 3+ Years
