Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Account Assistant for a full-time, on-site role. The Account Assistant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including credit control, petty cash handling, and routine accounting tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in financial reporting. Strong communication will be key to coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Support monthly and yearly closing activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting/finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
- Hands-on experience with Miracle Accounting Software
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
