Job Title: Account Assistant
Location: Perambur, Chennai
Experience: 6 months –2 Years
Salary:₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Hours:09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Educational Qualification: B.Com or any Commerce-related field.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Tally and accounting principles
- Good typing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Knowledge of civil/construction accounting will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Multi-tasking ability and eagerness to learn.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records
- Handle data entry and documentation in Tally
- Support in preparing invoices, bills, and financial reports
- Coordinate with the Account Executive for daily accounting activities
- Maintain proper records and filing of financial documents
- Assist in tracking expenses and payments
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
