The Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and position the right software and technology solutions for business needs. This role combines account management, strategic sales, and business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software and technology solutions
- Drive sales initiatives and execute strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with clients
- Manage account financials including forecasting, reporting, and billing accuracy
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and delivery teams to support client success
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects
- Prepare and present proposals, sales plans, and progress reports
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for key accounts
- Ensure high service standards and alignment with contractual commitments
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within IT services, software, or consulting
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise software, or digital solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Leadership capability or experience mentoring sales team members
- Strong commercial awareness and solution-oriented thinking
