Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account and Admin position located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing financial accounts, supporting administrative operations, maintaining communication with clients, and providing excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include handling account management tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and coordinating with internal teams to support organizational goals.
1. Gst, TDS filing and update
2. Payroll management PF, ESI, PT
3. Vendor management with maintaining ledger.
4. Daily accounts and book keeping, petty cash management.
5. Day to day adminstrative work, comapany management, store management.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Finance and Account Management, with the ability to oversee financial records and transactions
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate data, solve problems, and make informed decisions
- Experience in administrative operations and a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as accounting and management systems, is a plus
- Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site collaborative environment
