Role Overview


We are looking for a hands-on Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, vendor coordination, and administrative operations. This is an execution-heavy role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Responsibilities🧾 Accounts & Finance

Daily accounting entries in Zoho Books 

Generate invoices, delivery challans, and payment receipts

Track receivables and follow up with clients for collections

Manage vendor payments and maintain payment schedules

Handle petty cash and expense tracking

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance

Support monthly closing and reporting

Admin & Operations Support

Coordinate with vendors (kitchen supplies, services, etc.)

Support purchase documentation and tracking

Maintain records of contracts, invoices, and compliance documents

Assist in coordinating office and kitchen admin activities

Handle basic documentation and internal reporting

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily/weekly reports (collections, expenses, payables)

Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing accuracy

Maintain organized documentation for audits and compliance

Who Should Apply

1–4 years of experience in accounts / admin / operations support

Good understanding of basic accounting principles

Experience with Zoho Books / Tally / similar software

Strong Excel skills

Good follow-up and coordination ability

Detail-oriented and disciplined

Preferred Background

Experience in F&B / catering / hospitality / services industry

Comfortable working in high-volume transaction environments

📍 Bangalore (In-office)Salary Range 

  •  ₹2.5 L – ₹4.5 L per annum (based on experience)
