Role Description
The Account & Administration Executive will manage accounting operations, support administrative tasks, and ensure efficient day-to-day office activities. Key responsibilities include maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and auditing. Additional duties include managing office supplies, organizing company records, and handling HR-related administrative functions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ankleshwar.
Qualifications
Experience of 2 to 5 years only need apply.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Knowledege of Tally a must.
- Proficiency in accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, transaction handling, and financial reporting
- Strong skills in administrative tasks such as record management, planning, and maintaining office supplies
- Experience with budgeting, auditing processes, and financial compliance
- Knowledge of HR-related administrative work, including employee record management and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with local compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus
