Job Description – Account & HR Admin Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account & HR Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance activities, reporting, and administrative support functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, hands-on HRMS experience, and the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Management
- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and processes.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and variable data validation.
- Assist in employee grievance handling, disciplinary coordination, and KRA/KPI tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for employee joining formalities such as workstation setup, access cards, and documentation.
2. Payroll & Compliance Coordination
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Maintain and monitor attendance records, check-in/check-out data, and timesheet submissions.
- Process approvals related to leave requests, work-from-home requests, and helpdesk tickets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and audit requirements.
3. MIS Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards for management review.
- Generate HRMS reports and maintain accurate employee data records.
- Support daily administrative and operational activities as required.
- Assist in data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, reporting).
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms; experience with Darwinbox HRMS will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or HR (B.Com / BBA preferred).
- Good understanding of payroll coordination, HR operations, and compliance processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
