Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

● 3–5 years of sales and/or sales management experience preferred

● Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, leading, and developing a direct sales team

● Ability to lead in a high-pressure, fast-paced, results-driven environment

● Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use web-based and mobile applications

● Experience with CRM systems preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS AND TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS

● This role operates both indoors in an office environment and outdoors in the field

● Requires heavy local travel and may include up to 70% travel, including extended stays away from home

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

● Constant movement and use of limbs; requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina

● Ability to lift construction materials such as shingles and plywood

● Ability to move heavy objects and maintain physical endurance over extended periods

● Regularly ascend and descend ladders to inspect roofs

  1. Financial Responsibility - Manage revenue and expenses in order to maximize project profitability for their team.
  2. Revenue Attainment - Meet or exceed sales goals through consistent sales activity, effective territory management, and strategic hiring.
  3. Lead, Manage & Hold Accountable - Coach and develop team, set clear expectations, and hold team members accountable to results, including having difficult conversations when necessary.
  4. Remarkable Experiences - Create a remarkable experience for customers and teammates in everything you do by setting clear expectations, maintaining strong communication, and delivering consistent results.
  5. Ultimate Problem Resolution – Address and resolve all issues related to work quality, customer experience, and collections within your location.
