About the role

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Luxury Sales Support Intern to assist our team in launching new overflow onboarding properties. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury reservation sales, CRM data management, property performance analysis, and operational sales optimization within a globally recognized brand. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and liaise with properties to ensure accurate and up-to-date hotel card information. Monitor and manage CRM communications, ensuring timely follow-ups with both properties and guests. Organize and optimize internal documentation and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency. Provide administrative support to streamline team workflows and improve productivity. Live monitor call flow volumes, ensuring staff allocation aligns with language demand. Set up routing profiles and accreditation for new employees. Identify and address inefficiencies in Salesforce CRM workflows. Audit and maintain data accuracy for all leads in Salesforce CRM. Assist in creating internal communications to support team engagement and updates. Track KPIs and conversion rates, providing analytical insights to support sales performance.
