Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst, where you'll turn complex data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and contribute to our organization's success Job Purpose As a Business and Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our center's business strategy, leveraging data insights to drive decision-making, optimize operations, and increase revenue. You will report directly to the hotel operations manager and oversee the WFM analyst activities. In this role, you will focus on developing and enhancing Global Reservation Centre reporting and analyses, providing the foundation for informed business decisions. Your work will directly support operational improvements and revenue growth, making you a valuable contributor to our international and dynamic team. Main Duties: Consolidate reporting requirements from different regions, hotels, and centers, and prepare recurring performance reports for various stakeholders Analyze complex data, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making Guide business line contacts in asking the right questions to drive data-driven decisions through effective storytelling Build and enhance Global Reservation Centre reporting and dashboards to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance Manage the master database, ensure data quality from multiple sources, and collaborate with the central data team in Paris to automate processes. Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve performance Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes (e.g., automation, operational efficiency, productivity) Transform raw data into meaningful statistical insights Stay up to date with new tools and technologies relevant to data analysis and reporting Act as a business partner for the Global Reservation Centre, providing ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making Promote a positive working environment and champion Accor's Culture, Mission, Vision, and Values Ensure compliance with relevant rules and procedures
