Job location : Bangalore – Hybrid work model (three days in the office: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Summary
Seeking a skilled Accolade Developer with strong experience in the Sopheon Accolade platform and supporting technologies to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality solutions that enable innovation and portfolio management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, independent, and capable of translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Accolade Platform Development: Design, develop, and configure solutions in Accolade including grids, layouts, workflows, custom screens, and reports.
- Database Development: Build SQL Server objects (Stored Procedures, Functions, Views) and design schemas that meet business needs.
- Data Integration: Create and maintain data feeds, mappings, and interfaces between Accolade and other systems; ensure reliable data flow and transformation.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau for business insights.
- Microsoft Office Expertise: Use Microsoft Office tools effectively, including advanced Excel functions and VBA scripting.
- Scripting & Automation: Write scripts (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, APIs) to automate tasks, processes, and data handling.
- Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects.
- Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile/Scrum team and contribute to planning, daily stand‑ups, and backlog refinement.
- Ownership & Execution: Work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high‑quality results.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with technology best practices and recommend improvements.
- Communication & Teamwork: Clearly communicate with stakeholders and team members to align on requirements and outcomes.
