Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with students to guide them through their learning journey, resolve issues, and provide recommendations for success.
Track student progress, learning patterns, and engagement metrics. Use data to generate actionable insights, improve program outcomes, and report to leadership and HR representatives.
Collect and maintain accurate records of student interactions and performance data.
Directly engage with students to address challenges and provide guidance for progress.
Support students in achieving course milestones and transitioning to higher performance buckets.
Act as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring a smooth learning experience.
Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
Keep customer records up to date with accurate information.
Collaborate across teams to enhance the learning experience.
Who We're Looking For:
Basic Knowledge of Google Sheets, SQL and Data Analytics
1 year experience in operations or customer facing role.
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable managing day-to-day operations, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
A quick learner with a proactive approach and an open-minded attitude.
Proficient in Excel.
Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and non-verbal).
Experience in education, counselling, or customer-facing roles.
Tech-savvy candidates will have an edge.
Available to work 6 days a week.
