Job Title: Growth & Operations Intern (Freshers Welcome)

Team: Growth & Operations – Job Drives

Stipend - 15 - 20K (3 months internship + PPO)

We’re launching a new vertical focused on Job Drives — open to everyone, not just course takers. Think less curriculum, more outcomes. You’ll be right at the center of building and scaling this vertical.

🔧 What You’ll Work On (Day-to-Day)

• Conduct online classes (2–3 times a week) to help candidates learn about AccioJob and our offerings (e.g., communication skills, courses, upskilling options).
• Set up and manage automated communication journeys (email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS) to keep users engaged.
• Track and optimize conversion funnels — measure what’s working and double down on it.
• Support job drive operations — launch job drives on the portal, identify and attract the right candidates.
• Assist in community building and candidate acquisition — build the top-of-funnel and find new ways to bring people in.

You’ll be mentored directly by Mansi Singh (ex-Consulting + Ops). We believe in career roadmaps, not dead-end internships — expect guidance and feedback throughout.
