Role Overview

We’re looking for a Dynamic Person to Manage Operations to join our team!

 In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our MERN and Data Analytics batches, ensuring smooth learning experiences for students and instructors alike. You’ll coordinate batch schedules, track attendance and assignments, handle student queries, and work closely with our Business Head to deliver seamless academic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for running the centre efficiently from managing batches and student engagement and experience in coordinating  instructors and ensuring top-notch learning outcomes.

Center Operations

● Oversee end-to-end operations of the Skill Centre, ensuring all training programs run smoothly and efficiently.

●Manage scheduling, batch creation, attendance, assignment coordination, and overall classroom readiness.

●      Monitor instructor performance, session delivery, and student engagement.

●      Handle infrastructure and logistics issues promptly (projector, Wi-Fi, AC, etc.).

●      Batch Manager for assigned batches (handling operations & student follow-ups).

●      Assist in non-teaching related sessions (Soft Skills, HR, Resume, GitHub, Generative AI).

Requirements

●      Any Bachelor’s degree /B.tech or related field

●      Experience in Ed tech will be preferable.

●      Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

●      Analytical mindset and data interpretation abilities.

●      Passion for startups and entrepreneurship.

●      Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
