Anything AWW Studios (AWW) is a boutique fashion design and production consultancy based in New Delhi. We work across creative direction, sourcing, sampling, and end-to-end production for independent brands.
AWW is looking for a dedicated Accessories Design Intern to assist on current and upcoming projects in person at our New Delhi studio, for a minimum of 5 days a week. We’re looking for someone with hands-on craft skills, a strong aesthetic sensibility, and a genuine interest in accessories development within a fast-moving studio environment.
This is a paid internship — stipend to be discussed.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
•Bachelor’s in Fashion Design, with a minor or specialisation in Accessories
preferred •Embroidery skills — hand and/or machine — are a strong advantage
•Previous experience in a design assistance or accessories development role
•Understanding of accessories construction, materials, and finishing techniques
•Strong eye for detail with the ability to align design and samples with timelines and client requirements
•Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
•Collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute creatively
•Proficiency in Adobe Suite — Illustrator and Photoshop in particular
•Experience with AI design tools and 3D software (CLO 3D, Browzwear, or similar) is a strong advantage
Responsibilities (Not Limited To):
•Design research, sketch ideations, and accessories concept development
•Assisting in all areas of collection development including creating swatches, surface treatment explorations, embroidery applications, beading, and fabric treatments
•Sourcing materials, trims, findings, and hardware
•Creating and updating tech packs for accessories
•Updating and maintaining moodboards and material catalogs
•Communicating with vendors, artisans, and pattern makers and enforcing production timelines
•Assistance with client collection development
•Using AI and 3D tools to support design visualisation and prototyping
Requirements:
•Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm are key
•Extremely organised, detail oriented, able to multitask and work independently
•Basic or intermediate understanding of textiles, embroidery techniques, and accessories construction
•Ability to operate industrial straight stitch and serger is a plus
•Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite — Illustrator and Photoshop in particular
•Familiarity with AI design tools and 3D software preferred
