Role Description

Act as an Accessibility SME in discussions with customers, development teams, and

stakeholders.

Perform manual and automated accessibility testing across various platforms

including iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.

Evaluate digital content and products against WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 guidelines.

Use assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack to test

and validate accessibility.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate accessibility into design and

development processes.

Identify, document, and track accessibility issues using JIRA.

Verify that accessibility issues are resolved and meet compliance standards.

Provide strategic and innovative insights to improve accessibility testing processes

and coverage.

Collaborate with team members by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior testers,

and embracing a culture of continuous learning and feedback.

Well versed and proficient is understating the requirement, create Test plan, Test

cases and Test data reverent to the application

Participate in quality assurance of eLearning products to ensure accessibility

compliance.

Maintain a solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Good to have skills

● Proficient with Bug tracking tools like JIRA etc.

• ● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
