🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Accessibility Tester
Experience: 4+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Lead Accessibility Tester who is passionate about creating inclusive digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in web accessibility testing and WCAG compliance.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accessibility testing for web and digital applications
- Perform manual and automated accessibility testing using accessibility tools
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 guidelines
- Identify, document, and track accessibility defects
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and product teams to resolve accessibility issues
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers on accessibility standards
🛠 Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Accessibility Testing (WCAG, ARIA, ADA)
- Experience with accessibility tools such as JAWS, NVDA, Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE
- Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience leading QA/testing activities or managing testing teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
🎯 Preferred:
- Knowledge of screen readers and assistive technologies
