What You'll Be Doing
- Evaluate applications for accessibility compliance under WCAG, AODA, and related standards.
- Perform functional and non‑functional accessibility testing.
- Identify, document, and validate accessibility issues across applications.
- Work with SMEs, developers, and analysts to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Create and maintain accessibility test cases and automation scripts.
- Use tools like Axe, JAWS, NVDA, Accessibility Insights, WAVE, and PDF evaluators.
- Support multiple teams with guidance on accessible design and implementation.
What You Bring to the Table
- 8+ years of accessibility compliance experience.
- Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA, WAI‑ARIA, AODA.
- Experience with accessibility automation tools and assistive technologies.
- Strong background in QA, functional testing, and scripting.
- Ability to create structured, scalable accessibility test cases.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work independently.
