Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Visual Communication
• Design diverse marketing and communication materials, including social media creatives, infographics, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and email templates.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all outputs.
• Create layouts for print and event materials such as reports, banners, signage, and merchandise.
• Present complex data through visually engaging formats like charts and infographics.
• Content Creation & Storytelling
• Develop platform-appropriate written content, including blogs, case studies, and social media captions.
• Collaborate with teams to document and craft impactful success stories and testimonials.
• Edit and proofread all written materials to ensure clarity, coherence, and accuracy.
• Proposal & Report Writing
• Lead and coordinate the writing, editing, and formatting of proposals for grants, funding, and partnerships.
• Draft and design key organizational documents such as quarterly reports, policy briefs, and annual reviews.
• Create and maintain templates for proposals, reports, and presentations to ensure consistency and professionalism.
