- Maintenance & Troubleshooting Global LENEL Systems
- Incident Management: Investigating system failures or security breaches, often documented
- Firmware Updates:Regularly patching cameras and controllers to protect against cyber vulnerabilities.
- System Health Checks: Monitoring server uptime and storage capacity for recorded footage.
- Access Control Integration:systems to ensure only authorized personnel enter.
- Implementation & Integration
- Configuration: Setting up IP addresses, frame rates, and storage protocols for cameras like the Sony, Axis,Interlogex
- System Design & Planning: This is the "pre-game" phase where you translate client needs into technical requirements.
- Site Surveys: Assessing physical locations to determine cameras & Access control placement
- BOQ/BOM Preparation: Creating accurate lists of hardware, software, and cabling required
- RFC: Request for change as per the client requirements
- Application: issue Support
- Application : upgradation
- Infrastructure Design:Designing the network architecture
