Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs 1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy 2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specification 3. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives 4. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc 5. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. 6. Screen candidates resumes and job applications 7. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule 8. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team 9. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Domestic/International Market 10. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements) 11. Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition 12. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications 13. Developing list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate) 14. Scheduling support In Talent Identification and Definition you will be assessing current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.
