Career Track: Technology Architecture & Software Engineering Develop custom software solutions across multiple system components or applications. Design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. Advise organizations on how to improve their software engineering operations to increase productivity and/or establish innovative software engineering practices. Coach organizations in the design of new software solutions and the modernization and integration of existing technology systems. Enterprise Platform Advisory Provide consulting services and advice on complex enterprise transformations involving one or more technology platforms. Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets. Delivery Lead & Business Architecture (IT Business Analyst) Translate business requirements into technology solutions. Implement transformational technology projects. Lead the end-to-end delivery or a component of delivery for a contract, to meet operational, contractual, and economic commitments. Drive follow-on work by up-selling and or cross-selling the contract. Data Engineering, Management & Governance Make data accessible by building systems that collect, organize, manage and store raw data. Convert data into available, accurate, and usable information that can be interpreted by others.
