Hiring for a Top Fortune 500 Company Qualifications Graduate in BCom/MCom/BBA/BMS 0-1 years of work experience in Accounts Payable Helpdesk What would you do? The role of a Helpdesk associate primarily is responsible for activities assigned in PTP related to Handling end to end Supplier query related to Invoice processing, Vendor Master, PTP GRIR, PTP Month close, T&E. The Helpdesk Operations team is responsible for managing the queries received from the Supplier or business and interacting with the required stakeholders in ensuring the query is satisfactorily resolved by providing the required answers. Note : Please note this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. What are we looking for? Strong Accounting Knowledge Team-work - Liaise with other support teams to resolve requests/issues on time Attention to Detail - Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow-up up of all incidents
