About the role

Looking to put your machine learning skills to work solving real-world challenges? Join a fast-paced, mission-driven team focused on deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. We're making a tangible impact, helping industries optimize operations while addressing some of today's most pressing global issues. What You'll Work On: Deploy LLM-powered pipelines tailored to customer use cases, making adjustments as needed to meet requirements and clearly documenting results. Own the implementation of product updates based on customer requests, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration. Develop and refine prompt libraries for diverse scenarios, optimizing them for both proof of concept (PoC) use and production readiness. Lead technical PoCs, showcasing ML capabilities to prospective customers, solving their unique challenges, and collecting feedback for future improvements.
