🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and business goals
  • Own sourcing and pipeline building across key functions (non-tech roles) using LinkedIn and other tools
  • Conduct screenings and assessments, identifying top talent and cultural fit
  • Manage interview coordination and stakeholder communication
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first outreach to offer
  • Lead offer negotiations and align on hiring conditions
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives in core hiring markets
  • Track recruiting metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Continuously improve processes and maintain accuracy in our ATS

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition across international markets
  • Proven track record in non-tech hiring (e.g., marketing, product, ops, finance)
  • Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Skilled in recruitment analytics and reporting
  • Fluent English
  • Structured, independent, and results-oriented approach
  • Passion for people, hiring, and helping businesses scale
