🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of a brand’s business performance
  • Monitor and optimize daily metrics: sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, and account health
  • Manage marketplace operations (Amazon, Walmart, others): listings, content, notifications, compliance
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, marketing, finance, customer support, and data teams
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities: market entries, product launches, pricing strategies
  • Stay ahead of marketplace trends and drive innovation across categories

  • 4–6+ years of experience in e-commerce, brand management, or operations
  • A mix of analytical thinking and commercial instinct — you love numbers, but think like an entrepreneur
  • Experience in forecasting, profitability planning, and operational execution
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
  • Excel ninja skills 🧙‍♂️ and a data-driven mindset
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplaces is a big plus
