About the RoleIIM SKILLS is looking for a dedicated and academically strong ACCA Mentor to join our team at our Noida office. We are seeking a professional who has successfully completed all ACCA papers and is passionate about guiding learners toward academic success.
As an ACCA Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout their learning journey by providing subject guidance, resolving academic queries, monitoring progress, and ensuring a positive learning experience. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who enjoy mentoring and helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and guide ACCA students throughout their learning journey.
- Resolve students' academic and subject-related queries with clarity and accuracy.
- Provide one-on-one academic support and conceptual guidance whenever required.
- Track students' learning progress and proactively assist learners who require additional support.
- Help students understand complex accounting and finance concepts through practical explanations.
- Support students in preparing for examinations by providing academic guidance and study strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with learners to ensure consistent engagement and progress.
- Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams to deliver a seamless learner experience.
- Stay updated with the latest ACCA syllabus, examination structure, and industry developments.
Eligibility Criteria- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- All ACCA papers must be successfully completed (Mandatory).
- Prior experience in mentoring, student support, academic counselling, or teaching will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of ACCA concepts and examination standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and student engagement abilities.
- Passionate about mentoring and supporting learners in achieving their academic goals.
Compensation & Benefits- CTC: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Based on qualifications, relevant experience, and interview performance.)

- Working Model: 6 Days a Week (5 Days Onsite & 1 Day Work From Home)
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Week Off: Rotational
- Shift: Day Shift
