Associate Finance Data Analyst (FP&A)

About the role: We are seeking a data-driven Associate Finance Data Analyst to join our FP&A team. As an Associate Finance Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, forecasting, and analysis processes within the Finance function. You will work closely with the FP&A team to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, providing insightful recommendations to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources to support the planning, forecasting, and analysis processes. - Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to provide timely and accurate reporting. - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and trend identification. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide data-driven insights. - Support the implementation of new financial tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. - Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required.
