We are seeking a conscientious, dependable, and detail-oriented person to join our Customer Support Specialist team and provide top-notch service to our valued customers.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests.<br>Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.<br>Assist with order processing, returns, exchanges and shipping.<br>Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.<br>Maintain customer records and update databases as needed.<br>Willingness to perform and/or learn both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.<br>Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.<br>Qualifications:<br><br>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail<br>Strong organizational and analytical skills<br>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.<br>Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude<br>Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.<br>Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.<br>Intermediate level MS Excel required.<br>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)<br>Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)<br>Job Type: Full-time<br>Schedule: 8 hour shift<br><br>EDUCATION<br><br>Bachelor's degree.<br><br>We are a manufacturer and distributor of quality education products to universities.
