Role Description
The Academy Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon, India. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the academy, including planning and conducting training sessions, fostering community engagement, and promoting the sport of Pickleball. Responsibilities also include developing growth strategies, managing programs, conducting market research, and driving sales to achieve organizational objectives. The Academy Manager will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure the success and expansion of the academy.
Qualifications
- Certified Pickleball Coach, or coaching certifications
- Strong analytical and research skills to develop strategies and analyze data
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with players, staff, and stakeholders
- Experience in training and mentoring individuals to ensure skill development and program success
- Proficiency in sales and marketing to promote academy offerings and drive enrollment
- Leadership and organizational ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently
- Passion for sports and recreation, particularly Pickleball, is highly desirable
- A bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
