ABOUT THE ROLE
PlayAll is looking for a diligent, numbers-driven professional who is equally comfortable with people and spreadsheets to coordinate with academies operating across our venues. The role is central to helping partner academies reach their full potential through planned marketing activities, timely revenue collections, disciplined management of academy slot inventory, and proactively onboarding new coaching partners wherever academy opportunities exist but remain unfilled.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Academy Coordination & Growth
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all partner academies across sports verticals (badminton, football, basketball, cricket, TT, and others). Understand each academy's challenges, track student numbers, and work alongside them to unlock growth.
Academy Occupancy & Partner Sourcing
Ensure optimum academy occupancy across the PlayAll network. Wherever an academy is viable at a venue but no partner is running one, proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable coaching partners — and deploy them in coordination with venue teams to activate the slot.
Marketing Coordination
Work closely with the PlayAll marketing team to plan and roll out enrolment campaigns, seasonal camps, demo classes, and tournaments for partner academies. Share on-ground feedback and campaign performance data to refine future activities.
Collections & Financial Discipline
Own timely collection of monthly dues and revenue shares from all academy partners. Maintain accurate ledgers, follow up on outstanding payments, and escalate persistent defaults with clear documentation.
Slot Inventory Management
Track academy slot utilisation across every venue. Identify underused slots, flag them for action, and coordinate with venue managers to optimise the academy calendar in a way that balances partner requirements and venue profitability.
Reporting & Review
Produce weekly and monthly reports on academy revenue, collection status, slot utilisation, and campaign outcomes. Flag underperforming academies early and support leadership with clean, reliable numbers for decision-making.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with academy partners, ensuring smooth communication, conflict resolution, and continuous engagement aligned with PlayAll's standards.
REQUIREMENTS
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, partnerships, account management, or sports management.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers, ledgers, and reports.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting; able to build and maintain trackers independently.
• Passion for sports and an understanding of sports coaching ecosystems is a plus.
• Self-starter attitude with ownership over outcomes.

• Every partner academy has a clear view of its monthly performance and a coordinated plan with PlayAll to grow.
• Viable academy slots across the network are identified and activated quickly, with the right coaching partners onboarded and deployed.
• Collections are on time, ledgers are clean, and defaults are flagged and resolved early.
• Slot utilisation across academies is visibly improved, with idle inventory converted into active, revenue-generating slots.
• Partner academies view PlayAll as a reliable, professional partner they trust.
