The Head of Training Department will be responsible for leading and managing the Aviation Academic Training Department by ensuring high-quality training delivery, trainer performance management, student success, academic excellence, operational compliance, and smooth coordination across branches and departments. The role also involves module development, curriculum enhancement, roster management, and contributing toward organizational growth and brand reputation.
- Manage and oversee online and offline training operations across all batches and branches.
- Ensure smooth execution of academic schedules, training sessions, and practical activities.
- Monitor training quality standards and maintain academic discipline.
- Ensure timely completion of modules, assignments, and assessments.
- Supervise trainers and monitor their teaching performance regularly.
- Conduct trainer evaluations, audits, and performance review meetings.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training support to trainers for continuous improvement.
- Ensure trainers follow academic standards, SOPs, and organizational policies.
- Oversee module creation, academic content development, and curriculum enhancement.
- Ensure training materials are updated as per industry standards and aviation requirements.
- Coordinate with trainers for lesson planning, presentations, and practical session materials.
