Job Title: Academic Trainer / Brand Ambassador – PIBM
Location: Based in Pune with extensive travel across Western India
Job Description:
PIBM is looking for candidates with an M.Ed specialization in Science or Commerce who are passionate about teaching, training, and student engagement. The selected candidates will represent PIBM across colleges and educational institutions in Western India and act as the face and ambassadors of the institute.
The role involves conducting training sessions, workshops, and interactive learning programs for undergraduate students and students of Classes 11 & 12 to create awareness about career opportunities and the PIBM brand.
PIBM will provide complete training and certification to the selected candidates to enable them to effectively deliver sessions and engage with students and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges, junior colleges, and educational institutions across Western India
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities
- Train and mentor students from undergraduate courses and Classes 11 & 12
- Represent and promote the PIBM brand professionally
- Coordinate with institutions for scheduling training programs and activities
- Build strong relationships with students, faculty members, and academic institutions
- Travel extensively as per institutional schedules and event requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- M.Ed specialization in Science or Commerce
- Prior teaching/training experience with Bachelor’s degree students or Classes 11 & 12 students
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and public interaction
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Western India
- Freshers with strong communication and academic background may also apply
