Role Overview
We are looking for
Academic Support Executives to provide high-quality academic and technical assistance through our Learning Management System (LMS). The role involves resolving a high volume of academic queries efficiently while ensuring a seamless user experience for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve ~200 academic queries per day via calls and digital platforms.
- Provide accurate academic support related to curriculum, content, and LMS usage.
- Assist users in navigating LMS dashboards and resolving technical issues.
- Ensure timely and effective query resolution while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal academic and technical teams for issue escalation.
- Maintain proper records of queries and resolutions in the system.
- Deliver professional communication at all times.
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong ability to manage high query volumes efficiently.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to digital tools.
- Prior experience working on ERP systems and LMS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (mandatory).
