Position: Academic Success Strategist/ Sr. Academic Success Strategist
We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and student-focused professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EdTech sales and a strong understanding of Online & Distance Learning (ODL) programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding online and distance learning programs
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates to drive conversions
- Explain university offerings, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and career opportunities
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive counselling experience
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in CRM systems
- Stay updated with industry trends, university programs, and EdTech market developments
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
MBA or relevant certifications will be an added advantage
Experience: 1+ years of experience in EdTech sales or academic counselling
Candidates with experience in ODL (Online & Distance Learning) will be preferred
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities
- Good understanding of sales processes and lead management
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude, confidence, and professional approach
