Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- A Ph.D. in Sociology from a premier Indian institution of national eminence or an internationally ranked global university
- Peer-reviewed publications in high-impact scholarly journals/contributions to books
- Demonstrated ability to teach at the undergraduate level in a liberal arts or interdisciplinary setting.
- Strong command of the subject matter, as evidenced by publications, professional experience, and/or prior teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior teaching experience at a recognised university or institution of higher education.
- Familiarity with student-centred, discussion-based pedagogy.
