Role Description The Academic Research Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting research and content development related to international course programs, scholarships, and admissions processes. This role involves conducting in-depth academic and market research, analyzing data points on student profiles, and preparing structured reports that inform scholarship recommendations and program matching. The Academic Research Associate will collaborate with scholarship experts and consultants to refine research outputs, contribute to knowledge bases, and maintain accurate, updated information on global educational opportunities. Daily tasks include academic writing, drafting research briefs, summarizing complex information into clear insights, and communicating findings to internal stakeholders to enhance Standyou’s student support services.
Qualifications
- Strong Academic Research skills, including literature review, data collection, and synthesis of information.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret student profiles, scholarship criteria, and educational data.
- Proficiency in Academic Writing and Writing, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and well-referenced documents.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting research findings in an accessible manner.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capability to manage multiple research tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with international higher education systems and scholarship frameworks is an advantage.
- Comfort using digital research tools, databases, and productivity software; willingness to learn new platforms as needed.
