Role Overview
We are hiring a results-driven Academic Coordinator to lead Classes IX, X, XI & XII academic outcomes, with direct accountability for ICSE/ISC board results, syllabus discipline, and student performance improvement, especially in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead exam performance (ICSE & ISC) - planning, tracking, and outcomes
- Ensure time-bound, chapter-level syllabus completion with depth and rigour
- Strengthen Math & Science problem-solving and conceptual clarity
- Design and run rigorous test systems (unit tests, mid-terms, pre-boards, analysis)
- Implement data-driven tracking of student and teacher performance
Lead differentiated programs:
- Remedial support for slow learners
- Advanced preparation for toppers (90-95%+)
- Influence and drive alignment across HODs and teachers to ensure consistent academic rigor and accountability
- Engage parents and students on progress and board readiness
Qualifications
- Strong background in Math/Science
- Degree in Education or relevant subject
- 10+ years experience in ICSE/ISC teaching or academic coordination
- Proven ability to improve student outcomes
