Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Program Coordinator for Kindergarten, for our flagship State Board School - Sri Venkateswara Children's High School - NEW GEN CAMPUS, based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The Academic Program Coordinator will oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, manage the curriculum, and ensure alignment with educational goals. Responsibilities include collaborating with faculty, monitoring program effectiveness, refining educational strategies, and maintaining high academic standards. Additionally, the coordinator will support faculty training, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with institutional policies.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Curriculum Development and Program Development to drive high-quality academic offerings
- Experience in Program Management to oversee the successful execution of academic initiatives
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, students, and stakeholders
- Proven background in Education, with the ability to integrate innovative and inclusive instructional techniques
- Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Experience in school administration or program coordination is an added advantage
