Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting sales outreach, and securing partnerships. The role requires maintaining effective communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to fostering relationships with stakeholders across the academic and professional ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to understand sales processes and achieve performance targets
  • Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with the education or non-profit sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment
