Are you looking to kickstart your career in Ed-Tech operations? At Teachers' Training Institute of India, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team in Kochi!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in program coordination, student management, and digital learning environments.
What you’ll do
- Help coordinate daily program schedules and training resources.
- Support the team in updating trainee databases and tracking attendance records.
- Assist with setting up and monitoring digital classrooms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
- Be a friendly point of contact for students, helping to resolve basic queries.
- Provide administrative assistance to our team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What we’re looking for
- A recent graduate or student looking for professional experience in the education sector.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and common communication tools.
- A friendly, patient, and helpful attitude when dealing with students and faculty.
- Ability to multitask and keep track of daily operational tasks.
