Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher at a CBSE-affiliated school located in Lucknow. The Teacher will be responsible for designing effective lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective lessons, evaluating and assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include guiding, mentoring, and supporting students in their academic and personal development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and a strong understanding of pedagogical strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Expertise in the field of Education and Training, with an ability to implement effective teaching methodologies
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Demonstrated experience in Teaching and classroom management
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Education, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent qualification is mandatory
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment
