Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malappuram for an Academic Mentor specializing in Tally. The Academic Mentor will design and deliver effective Tally training sessions, support students in understanding accounting concepts and software features, assess student progress, and provide mentorship. Duties include preparing course materials, responding to student queries, and staying updated on industry developments to ensure relevant and high-quality instruction.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with students and team members
- Proficiency in Accounting and practical understanding of accounting concepts
- Background in Education, Training, or mentorship to deliver impactful learning experiences
- Familiarity with Tally software and experience in teaching accounting or financial tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Education, or related field
- Proactive and approachable demeanor to foster a supportive learning environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet course delivery deadlines
