Academic Mentor – Technical
📍 Location: Partner University Campuses Across India
🎓 Qualification: M.Tech / M.E (CS, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, Cyber Security & Allied Streams)

About the Role
We are hiring passionate Academic Mentors to guide engineering students in programming, computer science fundamentals, and project-based learning.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping students become industry-ready software engineers.
Responsibilities
• Conduct daily technical sessions.
• Teach Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms, DBMS, Operating Systems, OOP, Web Development and Core CS subjects.
• Guide coding assignments and student projects.
• Evaluate assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor student cohorts and track their academic progress.
• Support students in improving coding and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
✔ M.Tech/M.E (Completed or Final Semester)
✔ CS / IT / AI / ML / Data Science / Cyber Security / Software Engineering or related fields
✔ Strong programming fundamentals
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Freshers with excellent technical knowledge are welcome
✔ Prior teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Compensation
Fresh M.Tech/M.E Candidates
• CTC: ₹5 LPA
• Fixed: ₹4.5 LPA
• Retention Bonus: ₹50,000
• Learning Wallet: ₹1,00,000
• 3-Month Probation (₹20,000/month stipend for final semester candidates)
Experienced Candidates
Competitive compensation based on experience and technical expertise.
